该机型特点
　　本机主要用于酒的灌装作业。本机将冲洗、灌装封盖三功能合在一个机体上，全过程实现自动化，适用于玻璃瓶、铝金属防盗盖、灌装白酒、葡萄酒，各部分的适用瓶型调整采用手柄转动实现，轻松自如，简单快捷。灌装方式采用负压灌装，使灌装速度更快更稳定，所以与同规格的机器相比本机的产量更高，效益更大。本机采用了先进的OMRON可编程控制器（PLC）控制机器的自动运行，进瓶链道采用变频器调速，与主机变频器相互配合使进瓶运行更稳定可靠。光检测各部件的运行状况，所以自动化程度高，操作简便。

　　The machine is apt for alcohol filling with three functions of washing,filling and capping integrated making all processes fulfilled automatically for various kinds of pack such as aluminum patent cap,bottles made of polyester and plastics.The handle can be conveniently operated adjusting to fill types of bottles.The filling performance is agile and stable due to the adoption of negative pressure filling method.We use advanced OMRON programmable controller(PLC) to run the machine smoothly and transducer for bottle entry toharmonize with main machine to make the operations of moving bottle forward steadily and reliably.
